1.  All advertising copy will be subject to approval by the ABS Journal.
2.  The location of any advertisement in the Journal will be on a “first come” basis and/or the discretion of the      editors.
3.  The advertiser indemnifies and holds harmless The American Bonsai Society against any and all claims      resulting from the unauthorized use of any name, photograph, sketch or word protected by copyright or      registered trademark, etc. in connection with this advertising.
4.  Copy for all advertising must be received no less than 45 days prior to the publication date.  Ad rates      quoted are for camera-ready copy only or electronic media acceptable to the editor.  Preparation and      typesetting costs will be billed to the advertiser. The editor prefers ad input in a JPEG, TIFF format at      300dpi and up. Please, no MS-Word.doc.
5.  All advertisements must be paid for in advance:
     a.  We accept VISA and MasterCard.

     b.  You may choose to submit a check, make payable to the “American Bonsai Society, Inc.” along
